Job Description
- Oversee TNP Group’s in operational function (HRGA, Legal & Shipping, warehouse, etc)
- Evaluate operational performance, improve efficiencies, and strengthen TNP Group’s ability to evolve into a better organization
- Work cross-functionally with other business leaders to drive new business initiatives, process improvements, and any other value add activities
- Solve major operational problems in a logical, swift manner
Requirements
- At least 10 years of work experience with at least 3 years of experience in a high growth e-commerce company and/or management consulting firm
- Exceptional communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen with a keen interest to work cross-functionally in a growing company
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and a strong sense of urgency and accountability
